Job Description

The Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish. The role will
organize and oversee various procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed and able to coordinate a team of professionals of
different disciplines to achieve the best results. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time
according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing all project functions, in
accordance with the requirements of the Project Execution Plan, and have the responsibility for handling
contractual administration. In addition, the Project Manager will ensure that statutory health and safety
regulations are observed at all times and that safety is maintained at high standard with all necessary
permits and permissions obtained from local authorities.


  • Responsible for the project from inception to completion
  • Checking the scope of work, drawings and necessary permissions from various authorities
  • Coordinate with the subcontractors
  • To implement paperwork procedures to ensure adequate information is given to the related departments
  • To ensure works are carried out to the required quality, within the required time frame and as per designs and specifications
  • To ensure safety standards are maintained
  • To update current project status on a daily or weekly basis
  • Attend site meetings whenever required
  • Planning, prioritizing and managing projects schedule and ensure that projects deadlines are met.
  • Prioritizing tasks to ensure that the business unit’s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadline is met.
  • Timely reporting of project status to the Project Management Head
  • Identify and resolve operational problems during project execution, commissioning, installation and minimize delays.
  • Managing project risk and opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreement

Pre-requisites & Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of project management principles
  • Certification in project management (PMI, PRINCE) is preferred 
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexible attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to problem solve by thinking outside of the box
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A team player with leadership abilities
  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ management experience
  • Experienced change manager
  • Good understanding of financial principles
